The Courtyard Board of Directors is composed of up to 15 members from the Sacramento community and the parent body. The board is committed to the pursuit of the educational objectives and fulfilling the mission statement of Courtyard School. Donating their time and efforts, the board members are responsible for setting policy and providing administrative and executive support to the principal/executive director.
The board generally meets on the third Wednesday of the month at 6:00 p.m. at school. Meeting schedules do change on occasion, so please consult the school calendar to confirm meeting dates and times.
All Board of Directors meetings open with a public session, which Courtyard community members are welcome to attend. Meetings generally conclude with a closed session. Meeting agendas are typically posted on the Monday prior to the Wednesday meeting, and meeting minutes are available by request.
